Betaal is an Indian fictional horror web television series based in a remote village that serves as the battleground between British Indian Army officer Betaal, his battalion of zombie redcoats, and the Indian police.

While on a mission to displace the natives of Campa forest in order to build a highway, the squad stumbles upon the curse of Betaal mountain and unleashes an army of zombies.

The series is written & directed by Patrick Graham and co-directed by Nikhil Mahajan. Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment, the web series stars Aahana Kumra and Vineet Kumar Singh in significant roles.

Betaal will be releasing on Netflix, making it the third collaboration between the production house and Netflix.

On 15 July 2019, it was announced that Netflix had given the production a series order.

The series is written & directed by Patrick Graham and co-directed by Nikhil Mahajan. The show is produced by Red Chilies Entertainment. The shoot wrapped up in Aug 2019.
