Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who was presented the privileged position of Lieutenant Colonel in the Parachute Regiment in 2011 and had experienced fundamental preparing under the Para Brigade in 2015, demonstrated his affection for the Army during India’s lady conflict against South Africa on Wednesday.
The 37-year-old cricketer was spotted with regimental blade – Army Insignia or ‘Balidaan’ identification – of the Indian Para Special Forces on his wicket-keeping gloves while he puzzled Phehlukwayo in the 40th over of the innings bowled by Yuzvendra Chahal. The ‘Balidaan’ identification or fix can be worn by work force who served in the Para Special Forces, and Dhoni had experienced a fourteen day starting preparing with the para regiment.
