Man arrested in Delhi for killing her mother in law over Pakodas
A 24-year-old fugitive, who escaped after allegedly assassination his mother-in-law a hardly any months ago, was nabbed by the law enforcement after a 10-km pursue in the paddy fields of Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh. The accused Afroz had allegedly murdered his mother-in-law over an fight on frying pakodas, reported Times of India.
Last year, the accused married a female named Shaista and the combine had rented a area near Keshavpuram at the northwest state of Delhi. Shaista’s mother Fauzida started staying the family a hardly any months after their wedding. However, Afroz was so they say unhappy over Fauzida’s stop at their house, which repeatedly led to heated influence between the couple. One evening while Afroz indoors homespun from work, Shaista asked her companion to eat the pakodas she ready for the family. When Fauzida interrupted in the heated argument between Afroz and Shaista, Afroz — in a fit of rage — took a knife and stabbed his mother-in-law a few times. Before fleeing from the place, Afroz also stabbed his wife Shaista. “A team led by SHO Keshavpuram was formed to track him down. During this, he kept shifting his location between UP, Delhi and Mumbai. He was traced to Ghazipur, where he was working as a labourer,” Aslam Khan, DCP Delhi (northwest) was quoted by Times of India as saying.
Afroz was found in Ghazipur and when cops asked him to surrender, he began to run through a paddy field. While running, Afroz shouted saying that the village is under attack. Hearing him shout, a group of villagers began to chase the cops. However, the mob stooped when the true identity of Afroz came to light. Police caught the accused after a10 kilometre chase. The accused has been booked for Fauzida’s murder.
