West Indies blows Pakistan in the 2 match of cricket World Cup 2019
Chasing a very, very low target, Chris Gayle and Shai Hope came out with the mindset of ending this early. They started briskly but then Hope was dismissed. Gayle though continued hitting the bowlers to all parts of the ground and scored a half ton in no time. Soon after reaching his fifty, the Jamaican got out but the rest of the work was completed efficiently by the young guns, Nicholas Pooran and Shimron Hetmyer. The former in particular left his mark with some scintillating shots and announced his arrival at the big stage. All in all, it’s a resounding win for the boys from the Caribbean to kick-start their campaign.

The win was never in doubt after their bowlers bundled Pakistan out for just 105 after some outstanding and hostile bowling show.Earlier in the day, West Indies, after electing to bowl, rolled back the years as they bounced Pakistan out for a very small total. Except for Brathwaite every bowler had a wicket at least. Oshane Thomas was the pick as he finished with a 4-fer.
