Odisha: 8 People Dead Due to Thunderstorm and Lightning in Odisha. At least eight people have been killed in Odisha due to thunderstorm and lightning in parts of the state on Sunday. According to a tweet by ANI, out of the eight killed, 2 each were killed in Koraput, Kendujhar, Jajpur and Ganjam districts. Apart from the deceased, five people have been injured, 2 in Koraput and 3 in Dhenkanal. The injured ones have been admitted to hospitals.
